I had done several XEC to ATOM transactions previously, and while they were usually much slower than their stated "15 minutes to 2 hours", they did eventually complete and the ATOM was received.The last transaction, ex1ebbe5e14878, was started and the XEC sent on 2023-09-04. However the transaction never completed on their side, even though the XEC transaction has many confirmations and the funds were even removed from their XEC address. After numerous emails with their support, which sometimes answers and sometimes doesn't, they claim that their LP has blocked their account. They will not refund the transaction and say to wait. It's been 4 weeks now, and they have not resolved this. It's not my fault their account was blocked. It's their responsibility to get it resolved promptly if they're offering the swap service for those cryptocurrency pairs. The funds that were sent need to be refunded if they can't complete the swap.Update 2023-10-05 - Sent their support an email about 20 hours ago stating to send the refund to the address the coins came from, as they indicated they were capable of in a support email and also their reply here. No refund has been sent as of this time.Update 2023-10-13 - A refund has not been received yet. They have not responded at all to emails.If you click the See All link next to Company Activity you can see they have reported every negative review left by users. That includes all the reviews that they have responded to and already acknowledged the issue. That is very disingenuous for the company to report a legitimate review for no valid reason. Everyone submitting negative reviews, please take screenshots of everything so when they flag your review you can send them to Trustpilot when they ask for verification.Update 2023-10-17 - They have sent the refund of the original amount and it has been received.
