When I have spare money I prefer investing in crypto currency. And to do so, I usually use Changelly where I can buy crypto coins with my debit card and apple pay (!). Coins usually arrive in like 15 min (if there is no traffic on the blockchain). The support reponses fast, the prices are ok. Haven’t got any issues with the exchanger.

Transaction held up. Submitted request and chatted. Reps and techs are super busy especially now which is understandable. But once my case came up, prompt email was sent, went back on chat and approved fix by tech team. Thanks Changelly for all you help!

These folks are great! After a few successful transactions I messed one up on my end by forgetting to fill in the memo line, I contacted customer service and was IMMEDIATELY able to chat with a representative who very quickly got my problem taken care of with no confusion whatsoever! Awesome customer service!

I made an exchange on Changelly. XLM for XRP. I messed up on the memo and the transaction didn’t go through. I contacted Changelly and it took a couple of weeks, but they were very responsive and made it happen.They came through.

Recently is used Changelly from my Coinomi app-wallet to change some BTC to ETH. I was very surprised recieving about 40% value less then normally to be expected! I know you have to pay some fee for the transfer and network but such a massive amout (about $500)!!!Yesterday I wrote the helpdesk, still waiting for an answer. I really hope to inform you soon that Changelly made an mistake, and compensated the lossUPDATE for Changelly:My support request is pending for 4 days at this moment. I'm still waiting so you can solve this negative experience. I asked a couple of users to explain me what maybe happend. None of them can believe this.So no need to explain just solve it.

I have been trying to get my money back for eleven days now. I did a transaction with Changelly to exchange bnb to eth and I did make the mistake of sending slightly less than was asked because a fee was taken, literally a few cents short. I even sent the small additional amount of bnb in a second transaction. Changelly first claimed they didn't receive my bnb. I have proof and I sent it to them. A transaction can be tracked and it clearly shows bnb from my wallet to them. Once they saw the proof, they agreed I am due a refund. I just want my money back. I don't even care if they keep the small additional amount I sent in a second transaction. I am out over $800 because of Changelly. They have now closed out my ticket but I have yet to receive my refund. Sad to say I think this service at the very least doesn't know how to handle refunds and they may possibly be scamming people. If my money is returned, I will gladly update my review. But for now I would say, do not use this service!

I was transfering to bnb and the transaction failed. I have done a couple transaction in the past and had never seen that. The crypto wasnt in CB nor Trust. Now im freaking a little.. thinking its gone forever. Reached live support and they explained i didnt meet the minimum. They pushed it through manually
