I did an exchange in may of 2024, it went through within about 15 minutes. I did a new exchange on Oct 21, 2024 and I did not receive my funds for over an hour and I sent a chat note. The representative stated "It looks like our system didn't recognize your deposit" and asked if I would like to proceed at current rate, I stated yes. They stated it would be completed in 14 hours. They said that the problem was fixed and I asked if I did another exchange would it go through? they said yes. I tried another and it did not go through. The stated the same problem, "It looks like our system didn't recognize your deposit" Every time I ask for an update they add hours to the completion time. I now have two exchanges that have not gone through and we are two days later. They state that the transactions are being done manually but cannot give me a time they expect it to be completed. While they have good reviews this seems like a scam to me. Be careful! I would be happy to update my review if I could get some help resolving this issue.I would like to update my review. ChangeNow did resolve my issue. It did take a few days and while the crypto dropped in price during this time they honored the original quote. You should feel safe in using ChnageNow, good group.

This has been my 5th transaction with ChangeNOW. I would advise anyone to use their services. My trades have not taken more than 3 minutes and the cost have been very low. The only problem I had was with a new token that could only be put into it's own wallet rather than my Ledger... chat answered that question.

The process could not have been any easier or faster. I will be recommending telling everyone I know to use ChangeNOW when swaping crypto. From the services I shopped before choosing them they seemed to offer some of the better rates.
