I use changelly often, but never needed support till now. Due to my exchange holding onto funds and sending about 16 hours later than requested, they arrived outside the Changelly window. I contacted Changelly support and within a few minutes my transfer was requested and processed manually.

I have used Changelly for many years, but now their KYC checks are active, it makes the platform completely unusable.You provide all the identity checks required, but they then expect you to try and identify the source of the funds. This is potentially fine if you're new to crypto, but not if you've been invested for years.The platform makes a mockery of the entire reason crypto was created, to be an immutable system not reliant on any central authority. Well, here is the new central authority and they will absolutely take all your money from you.

I exchanged 30 dollars from TON to Matic, usually such exchanges take a MAXIMUM of 5 minutes, but after contacting Changelly my exchange took a whole hour and a half. The support could not explain anything, they just wrote all the time that we needed to wait and they were already sorting out the situation. When I asked about a return, they said the return would take up to 20 days. I was actually trapped by contacting Changelly because I couldn't get my money back. Don't waste your money and nerves, don't mess with Changelly

I'm a total noob to crypto. I was recommended Changelly by a friend, so I knew I could trust them. I made a completely novice mistake trying to use their service to transfer from USDC to USDT and I marked the incoming coin type incorrectly.... Causing the transfer to not go through. I immediately contacted their live chat and they where able to figure out what I did wrong right away. To my relief, they were super understanding and luckily were able to help me through the steps to recover my funds. It required a little bit of time, needing management authorization, but they actually had it transferred back into my account in half the time they had estimated it would take. I am forever thankful that they went out of their way to help me out! The mistake was completely my fault and they weren't u der obligation to help me fix it. I never write these kind of reviews, but for the effort they showed me, I'm more than happy to share that experience with others 😊
