Did most of my exchanges here. Service is very reliable and fast, out of dozens transactions only one was canceled due to price fluctuation, which they didn't notify me of, until I asked (Improve on this guys!). Big plus - real people in a live-chat, answer almost immediately.On a minus side - rates a not that great, expect to generally lose 5-7, up to 10% of the value on the exchange, especially inside of the Ethereum network.

This is one of the greatest crypto services out there. Especially being from NY this allows to me to access so many different types of coins. Only have to use customer service 2x but they do an outstanding job!!! Not only have the responses been lighting fast when i need them they have been able to solve every issue within a few minutes. Wish i could leave more stars.

Vor kurzem wollte ich 100xlm (Stellar Lumens) umtauschen und hab da zufällig Changelly entdeckt. Hab mich gleich mal hier bei Trustpilot informiert und hatte dadurch recht ein gutes Gefühl bei dem Wechselvorgang.Ich bin recht ordentlich und kontrolliere meist alles doppelt bevor ich etwas versende. Doch als ich die 100xlm zu Changelly zum wechseln geschickt habe ist mir ein echt "dummer" Fehler passiert. Ich hab keinen "Tag" angegeben und die xlm einfach nur an die Hauptadresse von Changelly geschickt. In vielen Fällen bedeutet dass, die xlm sind für immer weck. Anfangs dachte ich mir zum Glück warens nur 100xlm, aber dann hab ich den Support von Changelly kontaktiert und mein missgeschickt erklärt.Ich musste recht viele Angaben machen, was doch recht viel Zeit benötigt hat. Der Support war geduldig und echt zuvorkommend. Das ist ja grad viele Male genau dann, wenn man auf eine Betrugsfirma trifft, die einem das blaue vom Himmel versprechen.Ich wurde gefragt ob ich meine gewählte Kryptowährung retour haben will oder die gesendeten 100xlm mit etwas Abzug. Ich hab mich dann für die 100xlm entschieden. Falls ich was retour bekomme dachte ich, weiß ich dann gleich ob ich übers Ohr gehauen wurde (Wechselkurs) oder nicht.Oje, ich bin schon wieder zu weit am ausholen, drum mach ichs jetzt kurz. Etwa eine Woche später hab ich meine xlm wieder retour bekommen. Um genau zu sein waren es 93,9309 xlm. Wie gesagt anfangs dachte ich die bekomme ich nie wieder und wenn man dann ca. 93xlm retour bekommt aus eigener Dummheit, dann darf man nicht klagen.Ein kleiner Tip: Damits euch nicht gleich geht wie mir. Bei xlm muss man 2 QR-Codes scannen! (Adresse und Tag) Ich hab Changelly schon schriftlich gefragt ob es nicht möglich ist dass beide QR-Codes in einem integriert werden. Kenn mich da zu wenig aus aber eigentlich sollte das schon möglich sein. Ich wüßte nicht wo ich hier einen Stern abziehen sollte. Alles ist besser gelaufen als von was ich anfangs ausgegangen bin. Wenn ich wiedermal was wechseln will dann werd ich mich wieder an Changelly wenden.

I had used your service once before via the Coinomi wallet a couple of years ago. Since I had a coin that was not supported my wallet but was supported by your exchange I had to use it again via the Changelly app. I decided to use my tablet to scan my send and receive functions of the two wallets on my phone. I accidentally processed the transaction to the exchange without the transaction id. I was so mad at the mistake I made.My mind was put at ease when Jaime W via the chat feature on the website gave me instructions on what screenshots I had to give them to correct the mistake I made so they could manually fix it and reprocess it. I was told it would take up to 7 business days. The truth is, it took about 2 and half! I was content on waiting the seven days, I was incredibly happy to see it sooner.An incredible thank you to Jaime and the security team who fixed MY mistake. It was a learning experience for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Keep up the good work.

Changelly have been making me smile from ear to ear. 1. Quick customer care response team2. Quick transaction solution with 0% stress3. A little high transaction rate though 👌 4. Platform is user-friendly I've got a suggestion to make. Please is there any possibility that P2P can be added to the platform? My contribution is based on the Crypto ban in most countries. Therefore, the p2p system will make it easier for the Changelly Community to buy crypto with ease on the platform. Eg. Bulgaria, Nigeria, China. Etc.Am Steph from Nigeria 🇳🇬
