Their "Network Fees" are ridiculous! 😡 The initial quote was that I was getting 5,770 TEL coins and they kept: Network fee 1,526.78 TEL??? I only received 4,224 coins. Ridiculous!! This will be my Last transaction with this company!

I was charged $28,20 for a transaction fee to convert XMR to BTC...Ridiculous.I only got excuses, bla bla bla about the fees, nothing usefull.This crypto-thing seems a huge speculative scam.Never more.Update:In the email that you sent me about the exchange, you say that it was for 0.212294175, but according to my wallet software, I sent your way 0.21229418.What about the fraction that is missing here?I calculated again your abusive fee of 0.25% and you charged me $8 more than you should've charged me.What is going on here? An issue with your calculator?What annoys me the most is your employee lying to me saying that it was all about the network fees, so what about that 0.25% fee that you charge then?Shame on you about all this.Typical attitud expected from a chinese company.

I have a transaction where I have sought to convert ETH to LINK the receiving and the sending wallet is the same so I am not sure why it has been stuck for KYC. I have sent support request but no response. My transaction ID is vgo6cf2jh2fi2hty

My transaction did get stuck, yes, but they cleared up my problem and had my bnb sent to my trustwallet less than five minutes later. That's why I'm writing this. Awesome service.

Only my 2nd time using the exchange and I had made a mistake. It took Grace less than 5 minutes to correct my error and have my transaction corrected and completed. Some of the best customer service I have had so far. My hat is off to you and I wish you continued success!

I cannot withdraw my minuscule number of digital assets purchased at the exchange. Apparently, my account has been flagged as being suspicious. I have provided Changelly with all the information they required and 48 hours lapsed since then. This is exactly what will happen whenever CBDC is implemented. A third party can decide at a whim whether your can use your funds or not. It is my funds and I resent being told that my account is suspicious. There is zero legal bases for such a claim. If you think the transactions are suspicious, kindly reverse them and return my BTC to me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Your terms of service are devious and dishonest.Since the initial post, The KYC requirements have been met, but now the wallet of ARRR has been deactivated and no trading of ARRR is allowed. Reaching out to Changelly on Telegram and their Livechat function on the website were fruitless. This resulted in a legal notice of impending legal action being sent to Changelly. I stand by my original review.I am totally surprised by the devious response of Chnagelly. Now to the source of the funds deposited with them are questioned. Note that this was not requested when the funds were transferred to Changelly, not even during the KYC process, but when Changelly was requested to perform their contractual obligations. And it must be recorded that in no email to me or interaction with Changelly, were the source of my funds questioned (incidentally, obtained in a legal manner with own funds). Changelly is grasping at straws trying to shift the focus away from the real problem. Note further, that even now Changelly does not offer any explanation for the technical problems experienced by them or when the technical problems will be resolved

Ich warte schon seid dem 16.04 auf meine BTC die sie zurück senden wollten da 2 Transaktion fehlgeschlagen sind! Laut Support soll ich noch warten, mit dem Live Support habe ich auch vor Parr Tagen geschrieben da hieß es auch ich soll warten.....Wie lange noch so arbeitet doch kein seriöser Exchanger!!!

Used the service to change LiteCoin to Bitcoin. I used the site in german translation, where it just says "Bester Preis" = "best price", with no indication of a floating rate (but "approximate rate"). In the transaction overview, this is repeated as "you get approximately ...", with small details about the transaction and network fee. I confirmed, not knowing the fees are not yet incorporated in the stated final rate. The unreasonably high fees where deducted afterwards, and what you'll get is not what "you approximately get"... not even close. The rate, when using "Bester Preis" is not fixed even after confirmation! (as I've been told by th customer support later) Very misleading, dissappointing and I can only warn to not use this service or at least use fixed rates and compare their fees to other platforms.
