I’ve read some of the reviews here and I can’t believe people have had a bad experience. The customer service was amazing. I sent a small amount less than I should have and they still processed the transfer for me, and quickly. Very prompt with their replies to support tickets too. I never had to KYC, I was changing coins to XMR. Overall a brilliant experience, some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in crypto and I’ll definitely be using them again.

I did not pay attention to the minimal amount alert when I attempted an exchange, and the transaction failed. I contacted the support team by email and explained the situation. In short order, they replied, and within minutes I had my refund returned minus a small network fee. I was very relieved to get it back.

I submitted an exchange through the Nexo platform of $7,000 worth of USDC for Nexo Tokens. The network fee was quoted as around 20 Nexo Tokens ($38 at the time). They immediately withdrew my $7,000 worth of USDC but took two hours to get me my Nexo Tokens, and, when they did, I got less than $6,000 worth of Nexo. The network fee jumped to $320 worth of Nexo and there was another $700 worth of Nexo that just disappeared. Absolutely unacceptable.Talking with their service team, they tried to explain the discrepancy as market volatility, as if losing $1,000 of value (15%) is a potential risk that any of their clients should be willing to take, which is absurd. They also mention that there is a fixed-rate option, which I did not see on their interface. This is a scam application. I highly suggest you try to use another exchange platform. This one is far too risky and dishonest to deal with.UPDATE in response to the Changelly reply:It's great that you have been attentive to reviews like this, but it does not change the fact that a large percentage of value disappeared from my account in this transaction. You can blame it on transaction costs and price volatility, but, in the end, it's pretty clear that people who use your app are risking losing 15% or more with each transaction. That is not good business and people need to know that before going in.Also, you keep saying that there's a fixed-rate option. If that is the case, then you should actually offer that option in the interface. Otherwise, it's just a sly way to cover your backside when someone rightly is upset with the exchange rate.

I've used Changelly on and off for the past year. I've never had an issue with them until recently where it was my fault. I clearly did not follow directions but support was extremely helpful with resolving my issue. Cryptocurrency isn't as straight forwards as people would like to think. I sent BSC to BNB transaction and this was not yet supported. I got a response within the same hour and we continued our conversations. I provided all the relevant information as requested. About 1 month later they contacted me and I actually missed the email so add another month to that is when I myself reached out to support. Within 2 days, the coins were safely in my wallet. Given that I'm well versed in blockchain tech and I knew my money was still there safe and sound just unmovable until the proper procedures were done to finish the transaction. I'm sure the workload piling on with the exponential growth and we don't truly appreciate the amount of work support does in general across the board. Changelly did great and I would trust sending large sums of money with them without hesitation. It's on the blockchain and if you see it in the wallet, it's not going anywhere. In the end, it's all about patience and trust. Keep up the good work.

I started one week ago a 0,1 BTC Exchange to XMR.From the same wallet as before i did it with changelly, also same currency BTC -> XMR.Now they held the third transaction for 1 week because the transaction looks suspicous.Aha... same wallet as before.. same amount.. ok..I do not want to give them my ID or any other personal information because i don't need that, i want to abort the exchange and close my changelly account. They tell me everytime again i need to make their KYC (and i never agreed to the checkboxes on the Tranasactionscreen)I'm registred on Kraken and Binance, no need for such a shady exchange they wont return your money to the sender adress which is kyc/aml conform if you decline a KYC.Even if we read their feedbacks here and on reddit, stay the fck'ing h*ll away from this site let them go down with this customer service.Lost 0,1 BTC thanks changelly !TRANSACTION ID:r2lj1rkc0nd9pxhtAnswer of changelly if u decline their kyc:Dear Customer,Please note that while generating an account and every new transaction, every Changelly customer confirmed that he had read the Terms of Use and accepted them by ticking a corresponding box. Life's Misfortunes

The process was easy. The transaction went through without any errors or complications. Overall, I am pleased with their service.The only reason why Changelly is not getting a 5 star is due to the fees. There is an exchange fee of 0.25% and a network fee of xx amount of coin. I'm sure the fee is competitive, but it should be listed in the transaction history.Customer service was great. They responded immediately and answered my questions in a timely manner.
