Avoid this business like Aids. I sent 0,4 BTC to the business.At the time of my payment that was 14557 Euro. My transaction ID is npwjvzo0qfn7lik6. They require KYC now and hold my funds hostage. There are similar reports about this type of activity from Changelly. You just type Changelly Reddit and you will find several scam warnings. This business is a big scam. After providing my documents they wanted me to contact their email and they said my documents are irrelevant and they want to see bank documents to proof ownership of the coins. I asked them if they want to keep my funds now, that would be money laundering. As the users from Reddit did not receive their money back, this is classic scam and money laundering. The business is not allowed to hold your funds. I already filed an E-Report with Hong Kong Police Force cybercrime departmetn. If they still refuse to refund my 0,4 BTC, I will hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. I repeat: Do NOT use this service. They will try to scam you as well if you send a bigger amount. After asking them for their full name and phone number and what they made with the other customer funds that complaint about them for scamming them, because keeping it would me money laundering, conveniently they don´t email me back now anymore and ignore my requests. If they post an answer here, don´t believe what they say. Also look below the answer if you find a name somewhere. They don´t use personal names when you contact them via email and I am sure they will not post any name in the response to this review, so you can´t find the ultimate responsible behind the support email. Lets keep crypto safe for everyone, friends. Avoid this business and don´t believe any of their lies.Edit 11.10.2021: After one week, 30 emails and a police report filed with the Hong Kong Police Force Changelly admitted today, they will not cancel the exchange and refund the payment unless I complete their KYC. They say this is compliant with international laws, without specifying anything. I will file a police report now in Germany. This business stole 20.000 Euro from me.Edit 12.10.2021: I will post some emails from them below for you to enjoy: Dear Customer,We have no intention to hold your money. Please complete the KYC check and your money will immediately be released. As with regards to laws and regulations on anti-money-laundering, you can freely find them on the internet. Security & Anti-crime Department,Changelly.com--> They have no intention holding my money, but I have to complete KYC first otherwise they can´t do anything for me. Cancelling the exchange and refunding the payment back to its origin is not possible due to some random laws I can find somewhere in the internet. Legitimate business would require KYC first and not hold your funds hostage. So to summarize, they stole 0,4 BTC from me, they refuse in giving any specific international laws why they do it and their whole system is based in getting your funds first and thn requesting KYC, allthough they state it is the exact opposite.Edit 17.11.2021: I still did not receive my money back. They keep around 21.000 Euro from me and refusing in refunding the payment. Think twice before you use this service.
