Ich habe bei einem Gambling Anbieter 0,06 BTC gewonnen und wollte es exchangen. (2,3K USD)Das Geld ausgezahlt an Changelly und KYC + Nachweis woher das Geld kommt war notwendig.Natürlich alle Nachweise + Ausweis hochgeladen.Dann wollte man von mir dass ich Nachweise zu den Einzahlungen hochladen soll. Habe ich auch gemacht. Jetzt sagt man mir dass ich warten soll. Wieso ? Ich habe alles hochgeladen, was ich habe an Dokumenten.Screenshot von dem Support der Trading/Gambling Seite, wo mir erklärt wird, dass die Nachweise die ich von der Seite bekomme zum Verifizieren genug sein sollten, habe ich ebenfalls geschickt.Transaction ID: i5xde2es8g6en8qlWenn es Neuigkeiten gibt, bearbeite ich meine Bewertung.

BEWAREAfter I wrote my honest and unpleasant experience with this company/site soon it was removed... Be careful when you are using Ledger for exchange it redirects you here where they take your money without give it back to you...There were many other reviews like mine when i posted it in January but as i can see they are removed also i wonder why! Many clients didnt receive their funds even they follow every step of this fraud company. I am still waiting for an advice from my lawyer if it's save to send any personal details to this "thing" cause I have NEVER AGREED TO SUCH TERMS LEDGER JUST REDIRECTS ME TO THIS SCAM! The best crypto coin exchange service to my mind!Несмотря на проблему с обменом, возникшую по моей вине, работу компании оцениваю на 5 звезд!Суть проблемы: обменивал BCH на BNB(BSC), при заполнении суммы калькулятор выдал результат: 0.012 BCH -> 0 BNBBSC. Поэтому автоматический обмен был неудачным.Служба поддержки ответила очень быстро. Проблему решили путем возврата BCH на мой адрес.
