I didn't have an issue, but I can see where some people might. I went from BEAM to Bitcoin.It took a little longer than expected but their limits on confirmations may be set a bit higher for their safety.Just be patient.

Exchanged through Swapzone website, using the exolix exchange. The least thing I can say about Exolix is that these guys are thieves.They are showing much better rates than the real ones, simply to drug you in. Totally unacceptable business tactics! The difference is about 3% which is huge, like 10 times a normal commission!In detail, I made the trade: 610160fe0c0cf225244d0cbaThe exchange was delayed about 1.5 hours which is by far the slowest experience I ever had from all exchanges I have ever used. Anyway, because of the extreme delay, I tried to contact support but since they did not have chat I contacted exolix. While I was waiting for a reply I realized that the rates on exolix’s website are totally inconsistent with the rates the same exchange gives on swapzone website.Particularly, in swapzone, exolix shows fake rates that are about 3% better than the real ones. I randomly selected a few other pairs and realized that they do this to all pairs. Then, my exchange was completed (in about 1.5 hours) and indeed I received much less than the amount they were showing.I have screenshots both from swapzone and exolix, (the same time is shown in both) and this 3% difference is visible.I also have screenshots both from swapzone and exolix, a couple of minutes before my trade was completed.At 17:38 the rate they were showing was 0.50338 BTC and at 17:39 the trade completed with rate 0.48738. This is a difference of 3.23% = 0.016 BTC = 639$!! I have screenshots for both.I will post these pictures and a document with this description definitely both on Twitter and in the NAV community where I am a leading member and supporter from early on, if only to expose exolix, and others will not get scammed by these types of unreliable websites.As a strong proponent of decentralization and crypto, I feel the social obligation to share this in any place I can and warn others, as these types of websites ruin the industry and push mainstream adoption back, scamming people for profit. They should be eliminated!UPDATE:You thieves, the change of 2.17% was from the original rate which was 1.5 hour before.The change of 3.23% is from the rate you were showing 1 min before the transaction completed! Within 1 min I received less by 3.23% and you come to me to say about float rate???!!! No market volatility during that 1 min can explain the 3.23% you stole!! I have huuuge motivation to expose you. You should be eliminated!

Four weeks ago, I filled out the Exolix form to exchange my crypto for Tether. I sent my crypto to the Exolix address using the QR code, and well over an hour later my exchange was rejected. I expected my coins to be refunded. I asked for help, sending them all relevant information, transaction / order and hash id, and screenshots of every step of the exchange. They will respond in 24 hours, but it goes downhill from thereon. Now, they tell me they haven't received my crypto or that they were worthless or sent to wrong address, etc. Be that as it may, it shouldn't take weeks for them to "resolve" the issue by telling me I am SOL. Yes, I am wrong having used this "service" to begin with.

I had a positive experience using Exolix, I would recommend their services, but that said, be ready for possible anxiety/panic attacks, as their web site sometimes doesn't recive an amount you want to swap (or behaves as it didn't), even though your wallet sended it and it is seen that they recived it. This will result in timer going off, and when that happens status of your transaction is overdued. At this point you have no idea what happend with your crypto. I would advise Exolix to be a bit more responsive with their email/social media, as these inconveniences will produce anxiety and stress in people. Now that being said, they solved my problem tommorow morning, as I've recived a swaped amount and the status of transaction changed to completed. So thanks for that! I would recommend usage of Exolix, they have a strong potencial and their services (when these, lets call it bugs, are out of the game) are pretty fast. Also please respond on email or something, just tell people everything is going to be ok at least.
