I am extremely disappointed with ChangeNOW's service. They took my money 6 months ago, and despite repeated requests, I have yet to receive a refund. It seems that once you send your money to them, you might as well kiss it goodbye because you’ll never see it again—not a single cent.I contacted them several times, but the only response I got was to share where I got the money or similar questions. First and last time buying I think…Traded ETH for PEPE and I clicked “one tap payment” and sent the payment, it then said “awaiting deposit” for about 30 mins so I went to live chat to resolve the issue, the person on live chat said their was a issue and he will forward my issue to “the team” and it will be resolved within a “few hours”, nearly 16 hours went by so I went to live chat again, the reply took 20 minutes and the reply I got was “by what I can see the transaction was sent and the exchange was completed, so I went back to my trust wallet and that’s when I got a notification saying the funds were received, why did I have to come to live chat for a 2nd time to finally get my money? Also, the price went up 12% within those 16 hours 🤷♂️During the 16 hours I wanted to swap more crypto for XRP, I used a competitor and I got the funds delivered within a literal 5 minutes of completing the payment…
