I just paid 1000 DKK for crypto and they took my money but didnt give me my crypto. Huge scam. The support chat doesnt work either. Will remove my review if they fix the issue.

I had a terrible experience with ChangeNOW. I used their service to exchange cryptocurrencies, but after sending my funds, the money never arrived in my wallet. When I contacted customer support, they made me wait for hours, claiming they had more help requests than usual. Despite this, they never resolved my issue, and my funds are still missing. I would not recommend ChangeNOW to anyone looking for a reliable cryptocurrency exchange service.Update: Two days later I got my funds back.

Fast easy and efficient as always. The best part of ChangeNOW is the convenience of not having to worry about unknown network fees. Say I make a transaction for 40 but for some unknown reason a few is attached and the sent amount is only 38.89; ChangeNOW just automatically adjusts everything and the transaction is processed without any issues. Also, since I am not exchanging to make a profit this makes everything completely stress free.
