I have been using this exchange for a while now and I have found it to be my favorite. I have been able to access crypto like Kaspa which is not on the major exchanges. The fees have been very reasonable and the support has been great. I have only had one issue and that was for a transaction I tried sending to a new type of wallet. The team actually held up the transaction while making sure the address was valid. They worked with me around the clock (literally) to get the issue resolved and to complete the transaction. It is the first time to use this exchange service and caused a delay in our company's payment proceed.It asks KYC verification not sharing the reason, and locked our money.Furthermore, it doesn't support REFUND at all.Now it asks me to wait for 7 business days to resolve the issue.It is Scam!
