My transaction was stuck in exchanging for over 45 minutes. I had to message customer support only to be told 10 minutes later that my exchange was blocked because of the changing and the rates. Then I spent another 20 minutes going back back-and-forth with Alex asking me if I would accept the rate only to be told later that the rate changed again of course it’s changing process the damn exchange.This fiasco cost me a 20% gain. It was absolutely terrible customer service.
