Philipp was very helpful. He understood my issue and frustrations and offered great advice. Thanks, again, Philipp.The issue was that I requested an exchange, received an error, which happened four times, and then the fifth finally presented without an error. The four with an error each posted (stuck in waiting, still) and delayed the successful transaction from processing timely, which it eventually did, thankfully. Philipp reminded me that I can send it manually, which I plan to do for future exchange.
