Had an issue with swapping some XRP for a XCN(ETH) and it took awhile being ETH as well all now how awful ETH is! Anyways, reached out and they advised that the rate change had changed and I wouldn’t be receiving as much XCN as projected due to the drastic price change (I tried to buy the drastic dip). Kate, Adam and Andrew were PHENOMENAL in helping me out as I advised I didn’t want to do the exchange anymore. They worked together and I got my FULL XRP back! Phenomenal customer service and I’d like for them all to be recognized for their customer service! Thank you all!!I highly recommend using them for exchanges, I’ll be for sure!

There was a delay with my exchange request it took longer than expected yet you have a nice and informative user interface which made me feel relaxed about the status of the transaction. To return status of the transaction by e-mail is sincerely very good idea.
