I did a crypto swap USDT to ETH. I sent the USDT and waited 3 hours, no e-mail no nothing. It's only once I contacted their livechat that I was told to complete a KYC check. I did the KYC check and it said "Your account has been approved." but noo, I still need to wait another 7 days for further checks :)
