I recently opened an account with changelly. Initially, they had no questions and were happy to take my money, but when I wanted to withdraw my funds, they gave me a hard time with due diligence excuses.It all started when I deposited over 600K into changelly. They began emailing me using AML regulations and due diligence, asking lots of very personal financial questions. After going back and forth for days, providing them with bank statements and proof of funds, I had enough of their ridiculous demands and told them I would close my account if they didn't stop. I felt like they were policing everything and monitoring my every move. I knew I had to try to get my money out as quickly as possible.The next day, I attempted to withdraw all my cash in three parts and was fortunate with the first two transactions. However, the third withdrawal triggered their system, and changelly staff immediately emailed me, warning that they could not release my final cash of $100k+ balance until I complied with all their regulatory demands and put a block on my account for withdrawal.This is how I knew my account was being monitored. This is disgraceful and am escalating chasunahltd.com to this case.

Lots .07 ETH in a swap with this service. Sent the funds through Coinbase wallet and they said they couldn't process the exchange because the send was through a smart wallet even though the address they provided is clearly funded on the blockchain.
