Used this scammers through ledger for a swap, unfortunately before reading on the internet and reddit about them.. they flagged the transaction and requested KYC, which I understand if I created an account with them, I would have accepted their terms and conditions, but since I haven’t accepted anything it is my choice if I would provide them with personal info or not. as I told them I will not, and that I understand that without kyc they can’t further the transaction, they should return the money, but like joke from their side, to every email I send them, they reply with the same thing- here you can find more about the kyc procedure and how to complete it….Just go through the reviews here and look to how many people they are pretending to be some kind of authority that investigating and holds peoples money for eternity. Hello, you are not FBI, you have no right of holding money that is not yours, if your conditions are not met, you have the right to refuse a service, and return the money back. And how come you flag so many transactions of being suspicious and hold so much money for so long, who are you to keep people’s money??? Scammers!! I am soooo really glad that I found what you are with so little moneyBecause I can’t reply on their reply I update my answer here.You have the right to request KYC, and to refuse your service if same is not provided, so since I have told you that KYC will not be provided, and you have to refuse your services to me, the only logical thing is to return the money that is not yours, nor you are an authority of any kind to hold it, as you will find out soon from my lawyers!
