I sent a NEO transaction. Tried to do research on what an invocation vs contract transaction but still didn't find any helpful info. I send my NEO anyway.Apparently my transaction was sent invocation and its been a month since I have been told it would be returned. Apparently there is an investigation, I don't know why there would need to be one.
