they have had my money for 10 days now and still not sent it to me. they say that it needs to be released from higher up well tell higher up to release it its my money.Transaction ID: dx6d20pgbe3hha20Edit. It's now 14 days after the initial transaction and still no transfer has been completed. They keep giving me the run around about waiting for someone higher up to approve the transaction. And instead of honoring the original price want me to concentrate to a lower rate of exchange. If crypto had risen I but they would insist on the original rate.It took them 19 days to send my transaction turns out they were holding it until I agreed for them to send it at a lower rate then what the transaction was posted at. Of course nobody told me they would hold it til I agreed but less then an hour after I relented and agreed to their lower rate my transaction was complete. I don't know what kind of bait and switch they are running over there but I'll never send any coin their way again. At Changelly a deal is not necessary a deal. So watch you coin closely.
