their website says I should get 0.02017984 BTC and what I got was actually 0.00176553 BTC that's 13.1% fee?!!edit: here : o5lok70m2jsu1mqkedit2: the fees were promoted as 0.25%.. get a respectable job plsedit3: you have not mentioned the network fee anywhere as I thought it was included in the "advertised" .25% fees, and confirmed by "you'll be getting 0.02017984" message. I'd have went else where of course like I did eventually if you were clear in the 1st place about your fees... so stop using the "0.25% fees" as a clickbait and/or get a respectable jobs y'all.

Great service! I had an issue with an exchange and felt quite lost.
