I used changelly to exchange xrp for nexos tokens through an add in the nexos app. Nexos isnt set up to be able to buy their own token and its a process that can be confusing if you dont know what your doing. Nexos had no support available and i contactes changelly support. The girl I talked to was named Eva and she looked everything up and explained it great, the best and quickest customer support ive ever used. She deserves a raise!!
