This is my second review of Changelly. I'm gonna make it short and sweet. Changelly is in my humble opinion, the very best exchange. I've been using it for years, and it only gets better. It is SO well organized, everything is laid out clearly that it is so easy and intuitive to navigate. Even the color scheme is perfect. And the customer chat is always available-this is insane! And they're really smart, and they know what they're doing. I was just helped the other day with an XLM exchange that I had messed up. They guided me through all the steps, I was able to recover my XLM, and exchange it for Cardano, which if you're reading this, is so undervalued-a steal right now. Anyway, I just can't say enough great things about Changelly, love them!!!

I am not happy my swap was a floating rate because there was no lock in rate and the price dropped. Instead of getting more bnb I still got the earlier amount specified but if it had gone up I would have received a low amount. So for me am not satisfied. I actually wanted to swap my usdc for busd but my bnb address was not accepted in the recipient address field. Initially I calculated it and it was still good because bnb was trading for about $25.45 or there about, but between the time I sent the usdc and receiving my bnb it had dropped to about $24 so I should have received more bnb but I didn't. Had it been a locked in amount I would understand but it wasn't.

They require KYC and will ask for it after you send your funds, so in essence they keep your $ until you give up your entire identity to a foreign website with no assurances that your information is safe. I would not recommend Changelly to anyone.Response to Changelly: Which nation laws do you abide by? Where are you HQ'd? Most of your employees are Russian or Nigerian. Also, who is your 3rd party exchange who flagged my exchange, I need their full contact info? Here is my transaction #hkoxyc0tykwrtkuv

I've used Changelly close to 2 dozen times in the past few months and have always been 110% satisfied. I don't know what scams people are talking about but I've never picked up so much as a hint of that. Their support staff is unparalleled. They actually have chat people "online" 24/7, as opposed to Coinbase where you spend 20 minutes finding out who to write to and get a response only if you're lucky. These are my go-to's' for all crypto matters and I've never felt in more capable hands.

The exchangelly app and website is great way to be able to exchange your currency although there is a little problem with the app at the moment the website still works perfectly fine. and i will continue to use exchangelly.

****THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE****Those that are new to Crypto trading, should stay far away from this company!!, they are scammers (a Russian based company but they claim to be based in Hong Kong)!!.This company has been (blacklisted on almost all Trading forums) and thus Nobody other than 'people who are new to trading use this company', as they are noturious for holding your BTC hostage and demanding KYC/AML? (Once they have your documents they keep your BTC).A 5 second search of Google typing the words (are changelly scammers) proves this!!, Also have a look at reddit.com for many threads which complain about changelly stealing people's coins.UPDATE:Changelly has replied with the EXACT same (copy and pasted) response that I have seen HUNDREDS of times on (reddit.com) and on their reviews on (the app store and Google play) you can check it out for yourselves if you dont believe me!!Stay away from this company they are scammers!!As I stated they are an unregulated russian company who can not be trusted with anyones KYC/AML information.
