I WILL POST THIS EVERYWHERE They should not be asking you to do KYC after they processed your transaction. This should have been done (if necessary) prior to you being able to initiate it.However I submitted all my KYC Documents and provided a receipt and transaction history matches that and they continue to demand an Official document. This site should never be used and I suspect they use Bots to down vote the other warnings redditors have posted about Changelly, Exodus, Ledgerwallet. Never swap crypto outside of a Peer to Peer swap I suppose is the only answer after this.When you google Changelly Scam or Swap failed Changelly.com the search results are all Changelly.com links so they scam warnings are pushing to the 3rd and 4th page . I attempted to swap 0.62 BTC into XRP and at first my transaction looked okay than it failed and my BTC was missing. I contacted Exodus and they told me to contact Changelly.com. I did that and they told me to prove ownership of the funds and pass verification KYC Requirements. Exodus takes zero responsibility for Changelly but continues to use their API on their app for swaps. I will never use Exodus Wallet or Changelly.com or Ledger after this experience and I will not stop spreading the message that these well known companies are running a selective scam on individuals.

Transaction: kkwyhb2ncqsai5gxUnfortunately, I felt into the same trap. Wanted to capitalyze on the XRP price movement, so decided to swap XRP for ETH on Base. The transaction got marked as suspicious. Not a big deal you would say, just provide the information they ask you and everythong will be good. That was 2 weeks ago. I provided KYC, proof of the source for XRP (its all on the blockchain anyway?), and since then, on all my questions i get: Dear Customer,We appreciate your continued patience as we diligently review the information provided. Our team is committed to ensuring that we deliver the most accurate and reliable feedback possible. Please be assured that we are prioritizing this matter and will keep you informed of any updates or developments as soon as they become available. Thank you once again for your patience.AML Compliance Department,Changelly.comNo real answers on questions (what is the expected timeframe, WHY is my transaction marked as suspicious?, etc). I am also curious if there actually is someone out there where the transaction was processed after being marked as suspicious.Nothing else I can do than trust that the compliance department of changelly releases my transaction whenever they are ready. If that ever will be the case, I will upgrade the review to 4 stars as in the past I have used them without problems. After several weeks, the XRP was refunded, so I updated the review. Although my XRP was refunded, I did not get any explanation, only a statement that my XRP address was on their blacklist from now on.
