In my opinion they are scamming so many people out of their hard earned money. In the process of swapping coins to make money this exchange cost me 0.5 Eth. Here I was swapping ETH to USDC when it was high and then swapping back when ETH was low by $200 every time per coin. Was using 10 ETH each time. Their numbers on their rates are completely wrong to the market by HUNDREDS. I should have been up by a lot right now but instead I'm down. To in a hurry to buy and sell and they take advantage of that. Doesn't matter if it's a fixed rate or floating rate. Customer service reply fast but make it seem like there's nothing wrong on their end and won't admit it. Done with these clowns.Edit to their reply: I'm able to have my opinion. To me you guys are scammers. Yes I screwed up not checking the price on your rates, but your rates shouldn't be off by HUNDREDS of dollars to the actual market price. In your email replies back and forth to me you were telling me it was a floating rate and I should have used a fixed rate then after told me I should have picked a fixed rate and not a floating rate. You flip flop back and forth trying to make it like there's nothing wrong on your end. I just wanted it fixed so no one else got screwed when trying to quickly do the same thing I did. Weather it was a fixed rate or a floating rate you never should ever be off by HUNDREDS of dollars when the price of that crypto hadn't gone up or down in price by more than $50 in the multiple hours before and after the transaction.

I have been using Changelly since Sept 2020. Their website is very user-friendly. I was added to their AML Whitelist in Sept 2020, and just now passed their second verification and I am whitelisted again. However, what I wish to share is that there was a pending transaction that was not consummated pending the required verification. I did not follow up the verification process at the time, and only yesterday did I have the opportunity to complete this second verification. The verification process went very smoothly, and Chaneglly completed the transaction at the original quote, even though the market moved strongly lower than the agreed price at the time they requested the verification. They could have taken advantage of this mispricing, but they did not. So, I say loudly and very decisively, that Changelly is a very honest exchange, and I will continue to use their service.

I put down wrong memo but they fixed it. Now I get higher rate than previous because of the time I had to wait for the transaction to be processed manually

I forgot to place the extra id on a transaction and I thought I lost my money, well I contacted Changelly support and filled a case for a refund. It took around 12 business days to get my case resolved. Would definitely keep working with this company.Thanks!
