This website is a pure trash and scam. I exchanged my USDT inside of my wallet, transaction failed, I contacted them and they are forcing me to complete KYC verification which I don't want to do and instead of refunding me they are keeping my money as a hostage and they are telling that they are not going to release my funds until I'll not complete KYC verification
