I should of looked at reviews. I exchanged my BTC, and then it was on hold. Why didn't they ask for this before the exchange? Bait and switch. Email after email showed them the original account. They don't care. When they know they can keep the coin, just generic messages they will send. They should send the amount on hold to the original holder after a given amount of time. They are an exchange, they shouldn't be holding peoples coin. I will update if they send my BTC back.

I have sent them 2000 Polygon 200+ days ago. They told me, they support only ERC20 Matic/Polygon and They will return my funds when they will upgrade their system. So I waited for more then 7 months for their system to upgrade but they didn't upgrade and did not return my 2000 Matic/Polygon. On the other hand, it is already proven that Matic is ERC20 and Polygon both are also ERC20. I sent them ERC20 Polygon which is quite shocking for me that 5+ year old exchange like changelly, its filled with all stupid people doesn't know Matic and Polygon both are ERC20 Token. If you want proof this is polygon contract address - 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000001010or click on polygonscango to tokens and first token from ERC20 list you will find Matic on polygonscan and when you click on it you can find Polygon contract address. So Polygon and Matic both are ERC20 tokens.For all 7 months I visited Changelly they fooled me by telling me lie about my 2000 Polygon tokens that I sent from polygon network are not ERC20 and thats by they are returning my 2000 Polygon but they think that costumers are fool and they can say anything to them and they can take their hard earn money and lie about it. It is a totally serious criminal activity. If you go today and visit their site and try to find Matic exchange option in Changelly. You will find the all reality with big notice they recently added. I have seen so many exchange and no one written ERC20 to Identify Polygon/Matic. They have written Matic for Eth and Polygon as Mainnet because they both are ERC20. ERC20 will confuse costumers and they can't find difference between Matic and Polygon. Like Changelly has confused me by writing ERC20 Polygon/Matic. Where as other exchanges have clearly written down Matic for Eth and Ploygon for Mainnet. You won't see ERC20.But Changelly does not want to understand the truth, They are too blind to see as this is their mistakes and as a Changelly coustmer I have been suffering from it for more then 7 months. Changelly still did not return my 2000 Matic/Polygon. And When I talk to them today, I felt like. they try to threaten me that if I won't stop bugging them or corporate with them, they will not return my funds or make delay in refund. They deleted my post about same topic from several platforms like Reddit and all. Today once again I begged front of changelly like 100 times before to return my 2000 Matic/Polygoan. Why are you not returning my 2000 Matic? They said, they don't have it. Simple answer after 7+ months. I am jobless and poor person right now, even some times can't afford proper diet or daily require stuff and don't have much options. Otherwise I know how to deal with these kind of stupid companies fooling customers with lies. I have waited enough 7+ months where my mistake is only that I trusted stupid Changelly system. Now they have no rights to take my 2000 Matic/Polygon . Just return my funds as soon as possible or I will have to take legal action against Changelly. Reply, Listen Blind Changelly PeopleIt is not my issue and complexity is also created by you because no one has this kind of stupid problem. You are blind and stupid centric people can't see people doesn't use exchanges to risk their finds or lost them or waiting for it for 7 months or infinite time. You run a small company or big, you should have contingency funds or security funds so that you can pay me back my 2K Matic that I need very much and compensate your biggest mistake ever. This problem is created by you and only you or your lack of knowlage about ERC20 which is costing me every day from last 7 months and will continue to cost me for ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival. IT IS NOT MY FAULT OR MISTAKE PLS READ IT AND PAY BACK MY FUNDS. I know you won't reply or read this part because you don't care... but people care so return my funds immediately or it will cost you tooToday, I read some more Changelly reviews, and its very sad to see that they are trying to steal everyone's money use their exchange. They will take your money and never ever return you back but they will always reply you and explain you, about KYC, about exchange new rules changes every day according to their comfort and at the end they giving shock by saying, we can not return your funds until you call cops or take help from legal authorities and most people gives up and Ultimate SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I've been using changelly for years. Never had a problem with any of the dozen or so transactions I've done. They have good rates and it's pretty easy to use.
