I have used changelly a few times now and there have been no problems so far. On my last change (which was a bit higher than usual) my transaction suddenly froze. It asked for a KYC, which of course was no problem. I did the KYC as requested. Then they asked for the source of my tokens - I disclosed that as well and submitted appropriate proof. Then I was asked about other things - I also answered all these questions fully and truthfully, as I have nothing to hide. However, this was 2 days ago. Since then I have not received any response from changelly and my transactions are still frozen. There has also been no response to my reminder so far. I have read about similar reports before, but did not want to believe it. I strongly advise against using this service. If anything changes in my case, I will update my experience report and rating.
