I recently sent some digital assets to changelly to have it converted and forgot to send the memo ID (which means it did not go through).I contacted the support team and they immediately followed up with me and assured me they will make sure I was refunded the correct amount. It took a week which kind of sucked but they were there anytime I had questions regarding the issue. Definitely will continue to use them. They made me feel like they were really there to make sure my problem was resolved.That being the only major issue I had (which they took care of) I always use Changelly. Instead of opening several wallets to purchase specific assets, buy a hard/cold wallet and use this exchange. They are the OG's.
