This is for the PRO service. Never got their regular service to work, did not accept my E-mail address.Terms of Service (their own stated 'policy') only stated that KYC might be required during account creation. Then FAQ says that < 1 BTC equivalent of withdrawal, no ID is required.However after successful account creation with no KYC requirement, depositing ADA, and trading for BTC, a 0.1 BTC withdrawal was frozen and held hostage for KYC.This is blatant false advertising and fraud even under their own terms. This is not a legitimate business trying to curate long term customers. If you don't mind KYC you should use Kraken instead. They have KYC up front before deposit and is honest. There are other options for no-KYC. Avoid Changelly at all cost.

I was skeptical at first but changelly.com is legit. I sent them BTC from coinbase wallet and received ETH in Metamask within minutes. If you need to swap BTC for ETH, they are the ones to go to accomplish that in minutes.
