Did a swap of 1 BTC to USDT, Been waiting for 60 days now for my swap that has been freeze by changelly. Recently I’ve been speaking to LiveChat Bot in Changelly. They been saying that I need to keep follow up with the Compliance Team and might need more add-on documents. Well, what else should I provide? I have did my KYC in sumsub and submitted my Bank statement and provide the source of funds. Also, is Japan consider eligible to use changelly or no? Because I registered KYC with my Japanese ID.
