Hello ChangellyI really ask you guys to help resolve the AML/KYC cases clearly and give a clear time.I don't know what to do with your AML/KYC procedures anymore, even though I have done KYC and have been "Verified", I have also provided documents of the source of funds. But you are still holding my funds, Frustration and so on are already inside me nowHopefully you can understand my feelings and those of us who are experiencing funds withholding related to AML/KYC that has not been resolved.

I exchanged funds here... XMR to USDT TON. They froze XMR referring to AML/KYC. Although XMR cannot be tracked and so on. He provided everything, passed KYC verification, provided information about the source of funds from where and for what they were received. He also provided links to localmonero transactions. And screenshots from your wallet about receiving funds and sending them to their exchange account! As a result, they have been withholding my funds for more than a week, although I have fulfilled my obligations that they requested. I urgently need funds, and I see no way out but to tell people about my sad experience and have them pay attention and give me my funds. I even understand that they can charge themselves for the procedural costs of this KYC/AML check.I haven't received my legal funds since the 8th...v0qeyumpbmmhxqj6

Very easy to use the app for Cryptocurrency exchange. I enjoy using it knowing that customer hotline is 24/7 available it made me feel more comfortable.
