Might look convenient but it's a horrible payoff. I lost 3% compared to real exchange every time I used them. No bank has ever charged me so much to change money. Binance lost 2% in a hack and considered reorganizing bitcoin. This is how I feel with them too... Very angry and frustrated... the worst part is that I realized it late after making more than 1 change because their receipts gave me a different figure than what actually settled in my account! WARNING. It was never in my favor, always less.

After contact support they push transaction manually and i get my BTC to a better rate than 2 days ago :))

This was a new experience for me, I needed to swap my KIN for the new KIN, and decided to try Changelly. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but was able to figure it out, and everything turned out great and the transactions were fast and accurate. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to swap coins.

good and fast service

Efficiently resolved. Issues looked into, back and forth email inquires and was resolved.
