I feel it is imperative to share my troubling experience with Changelly, as it raises serious concerns that potential users should consider before trusting this platform with their funds.Exchange id : 8s9k4wnp29cfrpla A few months ago, I initiated an exchange from Ethereum (ETH) to Monero (XMR) using Changelly. To my dismay, my ETH was flagged for issues requiring exhaustive KYC verification and AML procedures.Eager to resolve the situation and access my funds, I complied with every request, believing that I was following the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transaction. However, I subsequently lost access to the original ETH address from which I sent the funds.Despite retaining access to the XMR address where the funds were meant to arrive and being able to prove ownership of that address, Changelly categorically refused to process a refund.Their policy states that they can only refund to the original sending address, regardless of the circumstances. This inflexible stance demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service and common sense.Throughout this entire ordeal, I provided all necessary documentation and communicated using the same email address that I used to create my account and complete the KYC verification. This should clearly establish my identity as the owner of the funds, yet it seems to have made no difference to Changelly.Their team has shown a troubling lack of consideration for the facts, leaving me feeling completely unsupported.I am now left in a precarious position, facing a loss of $4,000—an amount that is not only significant but life-changing for many. This experience has made me question the integrity of Changelly's practices.Their rigid policies may protect them, but they ultimately place users at a severe disadvantage. It is disheartening to see a platform prioritize policy over people, especially when it comes to handling hard-earned funds. If they can overlook evidence of ownership and compliance, what assurance do users have that their transactions will be handled fairly in the future?I urge anyone considering using Changelly to proceed with extreme caution. While the platform may initially appear convenient, my experience has shown that it could easily lead to substantial financial loss with no accountability.Protect yourself and your funds—consider alternatives that prioritize customer support and flexibility over inflexible policies. In conclusion, my experience with Changelly has left me feeling vulnerable and robbed.I hope that by sharing my story, I can prevent others from facing similar distress.Do your due diligence and think carefully before trusting your assets to this exchange.Your funds deserve better protection than what I received.

AVOID - They WILL hold your fundsThis is my first transaction and they have been holding my ETH - $12k USD worth.OrderID: BT3SR87FFTCIKLJ3Usdt-sol It has been 1 weeks since they held my funds and I have provided all information that they have requested - only to be responded with automated response each time I've enquired about my funds.Do yourself a favor and avoid Changelly.

Good for those who are just getting started or an expert at cryptocurrency, sometimes I'm overwhelmed when it comes to buying or selling Crypto, Changelly helped with that..

Changelly loves to steal your money. Do not use them.

I was asked for screen shots which i provided in the 1st email, an then 2nd email...then 3rd,then 4th..asking me the same questions. after about a week of back and for with 2 different ppl...i was told there was nothing they could do...that was it...srry f u ..thank god it was only 51 bucks ...rip off service with zero accountability or customer service

Am comfortable with the service offered by changelly because no day they've failed for the time have worked with them

I don't usually write reviews. I am new to this crypto world and didn't know where to start and a friend of mine recommend this Changelly. The interface is fantastic and easy to use and it also guides you to make your transactions easy. Its been a while since I have been using it and it hasn't been all smooth as with everything but customer service did sort out the problem every quickly.
