Changelly

N/A

I recently used Changelly through the Tangem Wallet to swap Render (RNDR) tokens for USDC. While my RNDR tokens were sent, I never received the USDC I was supposed to get. After contacting their support team, I was asked to provide KYC documents, which I did, but they still refuse to refund my tokens. It seems this is a common issue, as many others have reported similar problems online. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and transparency, and I advise caution when using this platform.

Everything works quickly and smoothly. I accidentally sent the wrong currency but got my currency back in 10 days after contacting support.

Transferred about US$52 worth of tokens, and they placed the transaction on hold despite submitting and passing identity verification. It's been 2 weeks, and transaction is still on hold.
