Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

they have had my money for 10 days now and still not sent it to me. they say that it needs to be released from higher up well tell higher up to release it its my money.Transaction ID: dx6d20pgbe3hha20Edit. It's now 14 days after the initial transaction and still no transfer has been completed. They keep giving me the run around about waiting for someone higher up to approve the transaction. And instead of honoring the original price want me to concentrate to a lower rate of exchange. If crypto had risen I but they would insist on the original rate.It took them 19 days to send my transaction turns out they were holding it until I agreed for them to send it at a lower rate then what the transaction was posted at. Of course nobody told me they would hold it til I agreed but less then an hour after I relented and agreed to their lower rate my transaction was complete. I don't know what kind of bait and switch they are running over there but I'll never send any coin their way again. At Changelly a deal is not necessary a deal. So watch you coin closely.

its ok speed but super high fees, was promised 0.45bnb and got less than 0.35, its really sad since its always working.. but at extreme costs, my bnb adress is bnb162ujhg29n7tfmqsdtuaae8ve593el20fuc5xp5feel free to look it up.. troth must be told

Exchange process was quick. Customer support, answered within 1 minute with helpful , friendly and fast writing advices.First experience with them. For my case I saved much time and fees, instead on visiting a traditional exchange. Will def. use the service again. 5 stars. Top Project. Keep going exactly like that :)

As part of a GAS to BTC exchange, which ultimately went well, I inadvertently sent a non-trivial amount of NEO during the process, to Changelly. I opened a support case explaining the issue and sent the corresponding transaction/block explorer details to show what had happen. Changelly support promptly replied indicating that they would escalate the case and get back to me. That was 21 days ago. Despite asking politely for an update on the case (ticket # 222248) on different occasions, I got radio silence. No one at Changelly support had the decency to reply, even just to say that things are still in progress. It's a shame that I had to come here to post a poor public review when this could have been addressed privately.
