Transaction: xpdsrtghjthdgvc5Changelly took 76.24535756 CHZ for a single transaction. The fees came out after the exchange and were not shown on the exchange page. IT CLEARLY STATED I WOULD RECEIVE 351 CHZ AND NOT 287. THIS IS ILLEGALCan't contact support, Recaptcha cycle of death, how very convenient!NO - FEES ARE NOT VISIBLE UNTIL TRADE HAS BEEN MADE!!!

Transaction failed due to sending below minimum amount on current price. Reached out to customer service they provided solution to manually proceed at current rate order went through. Very happy with customer service representatives and tech specialists excellent job. 👏 Will be doing more business with Changelly.com soon!

BTC to LTC transaction stuck. After reaching out to helpdesk, within minutes, the helpdesk responded and solved the issue. Very well done. Keep up the excellent work. Best regards,Wim Westera (Netherlands)

Great service, quick and accessible live chat, quick exchanges/transfers. 10/10. Much easier than setting up and verifying yet another wallet on another exchange just to get the coin you want.

I'm 68, been into BTC since 2015. used this service for the first time today 3/31/21 and am happy as can be. Had an issue signing up and the chat was right there immediately. First TX went thru flawlessly and FAST. ADA to BTC was in my wallet in less than 20 mins.Referring all my crypto buds this way.

Great support! Super speedy responses.

I often make exchanges exclusively in this service. The support is working fine, the exchanges are fast. thanks

First time using this exchange, excellent. I’m also new to Crypto once I got my bearings on CB Changelly was very quick.
