Like many other reviewers here, I wanted to exchange Bitcoin SV for regular Bitcoin since Coinbase doesn't support that type of transaction. After finding Changelly.com through the Bitcoin SV homepage's list of exchanges supporting BSV, I signed up and put in my walled ID. Sign-up was quick, the interface is good, and my transaction was completed in about half an hour, with my BTC deposited into my Coinbase wallet. So, Changelly.com worked as I expected and provided me a useful service for a reasonable price. Thanks!The only reason I don't give five stars is because their sign-up process is a little *too* polished: I gave them my email address and they mailed me a password. I don't know whether that means they're storing passwords in plaintext, but it does mean that there's *some* computationally inexpensive way to get them back out again, which AFAIK is less secure than other ways of storing passwords. I changed my password and turned on 2FA on my account as soon as I saw this, which is a nice feature to provide. Especially for something dealing with money, I'm surprised they implemented their passwords this way, but I hope they have a good reason.

its the second time i use changelly and i got to say that so far this is the best exchange platform ever i used this time to exchange XMR to DASH and boy it was fast, secure and easy to do, im super grateful for this platform, boy what would be of me right now if it wasnt for this.

Changelly was an option, among various exchanges on the older versions of the Ledger Live app, so after analyzing a few of them, I picked it. It's intuitive interface was easy-to-use, which is what attracted me first, plus I looked at the former reviews and people just have nothing but good things to say about it. The site fills me with a sense of confidence when handling my money and exchange needs. Have to say, this is the only exchange I've ever used since I've been in the space 6 months. Support team is right on point. Thank you for a great service.!

Needed to change BSV since it was not tradable on Coinbase or Binance or other similar apps. Sent in BSV and got ETH in return in 1.5 Hrs. Was easy to use and worked as expected.

Once you feel comfortable with sending Crypto from wallet to exchange, exchange to exchange etc., which can be nerve wracking in the beginning, you'll appreciate the ease that this site offers. It's quick and convenient... Nice to be able to exchange crypto without having to open up new accounts on exchanges just for that one token...
