My account was suddenly placed on hold due to a KYC (Know Your Customer) check. I am a new. I improve my expérience

I used Ledger's internal swap feature, which connected me with Changelly for a transaction exceeding $10,000. To my surprise, the transaction was immediately placed "on hold" due to a KYC (Know Your Customer) request. I promptly provided all the required documentation within an hour, including proof of the origin of my cryptocurrency.However, over 10 days have now passed, and I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. The only responses I've received from Changelly are vague and repetitive, such as: "Your case is currently being reviewed. We will contact you again as soon as possible."This lack of transparency and communication is deeply concerning, particularly given the significant amount of money involved. At this point, the process feels more like an act of withholding funds than a legitimate compliance check.I will update this review if Changelly resolves my issue, but my confidence in their ability—or willingness—to complete this transaction is diminishing. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has left me questioning the reliability of their services.My swap ID: b3g8jt0qodubmzunUpdate: Although I did all the proof I got a mail from the Compliance team that I'll be blacklisted from this swap and all other swaps in the future. They reversed my swap and I got my BTC back. I'm glad they've send it back after 14 days of reminding them that my case was still not finished. I'll never use the internal swap of Ledger ever again.

I have used changelly for a while now and having issues like these is truly frustrating and disheartening .I have KYC'd and provided all the proof needed to refund this transactionIt has now been 2 months or longer & I need this money as soon as possible. Could you please refund this exchange, I do not need it to be exchanged, simply refunded . I have provided proof of income where the money for the transaction came from & KYC'd completely with my ID .The support team via email does nothing but send the same response "We are currently reviewing your case and will be in touch as soon as possible." and it has been over two months, at first it was understandable but its been way to long now.I am now worried I am getting completely scammed because if you look up "changelly scam" on google there is a bunch of situations that are almost identical to mine. People start an exchange, complete the kyc & aml then, they just get stuck in an email loop like I am.I will change this review if I get my money back since this is my first and only issue with changelly after using them for years. Hope you understand my worry and impatience .I have also since checked the transaction and it appears they sent my money out of the wallet without paying me a penny.
