I mean it is pretty easy to talk about this platform. It os solid, quality is great and l've never experienced anything bad.

I've been using Changelly for two years and it is always fast, low fees and easy to use.

Don´t know why there is negative feedback, i use Changelly since 1 year and never had any problem. Best side for changing coins!

UPDATE: After 5 days, Changelly was finally able to complete the exchange and, if I wanted a refund, they would cover transaction fees.Personally, I likely won't use the service in the future, but they do deserve recognition for making things right.---Tried to exchange Celo for XLM. 22 hours and 15,800 block confirmations after I sent the requested amount I decided to ask for a refund and Changelly won't refund the whole amount. I have to pay for the refund's transaction fees, even though it was Changelly who failed to complete the exchange.Stay away from these clowns. I'm not going to say it's a scam, because it's not, but this is a really really bad experience and customer support is awful.
