Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

Reply from Changelly2 minutes agoDear user, you still have to finish the procedure. And once you do we will be happy to finish your transactions. We urge you to upload all the documents we requested including how you got the funds in the first place. Unfortunately, crypto still is a place for laundering money, hacking and we have to comply with regulations same as all legit competitors. All companies who are not abiding the law are not in the market to stay. That is why KYC\AML is a must for us.Please note, that it is a part of our Terms of Use to which you agreed.First, I did not agree with your terms.I exchanged through coinomi. And it does not say about any checks.Secondly, I went through KYC and gave you all screenshots of my exchanges from where I got my bitcoins. You ignored these documents.Thirdly, I told you that I do not want you to carry out the exchanges I made, but return my bitcoins back. You chose to steal my money. Now we will decide this case in court. My lawyers are already collecting all the paperwork to set up a Hong Kong court hearing. After I win this trial, I promise I will spend this money on advertising this incident. $ 40,000 is enough for the whole world to know that you are scammers and thieves. Everyone who uses cryptocurrencies will know about you. You no longer need to compete with anyone, because you will fall in the eyes of people.

Worked like a charm and extremely simple. Swapped an ETH based Alt-coin to EOS, with extremely low fees. Love this, will be using it more often.

Changelly IS THE BEST !! my name is Troy Sumal, I tried many services and Changelly has the best customer support on live chat !!! THEY ARE THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM !! this is priceless, The Changelly team goes above what is expected and they will walk you through your transaction if you are a newbie, FANTASTIC !!!

Had a query with a transaction - didn't actually expect the online chat to work - esp on a Sunday. Quite the contrary. Almost instant responce. Very helpful tech. Simon / Adelaide / Australia

This exchange service has never let me down. I do not use trade, only exchange. I especially like the minimum exchange amounts. Thanks for your work.

I have done exchange 3 times. Two were successful. I experienced problem in the 3rd one which was BNB due to my failure to put the memo. I contacted support and got a quick response. After proper security check I was assured that the transaction will go through in 3 to 7 working days. I got my coin on the 4th working day. Well done guys

I've been using Changelly for about a year, so easy and the cutomer service rocks!

Crypto is little complicated to administer, but buying on Coinbase and transferring to Changelly to convert to ARRR is quite straight forward once you get used to it. I had a little difficulty in converting but e-mailed the support team who almost immediately sorted me out - so great response and service from Changelly who were recommended by Pirate Chain - so thank you.

This was my first time using an exchange, buying some Monero with Bitcoin. Changelly was user-friendly and kept me abreast of the process during the short time that it was occurring. No problems at all!
