Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

I have been trading cryptos since 2014 and I must say that Changelly is the most reliable platform out there. They are very fast in their response time and super helpful in resolving errors and stuck transactions. They have saved my bacon a few times and their representative are very knowledgeable and professional. They are simply the best and their swap rates are reasonable..

Changelley is great!! 5+ Stars! This was so easy, painless, and quick to use! I always have problems finding and keeping exchanges and wallets that are ACTUALLY easy to use (not just saying they are easy!!), and also that don’t take a huge amount of time for you to get what you need done. I appreciate them so much!

Awful platform that’s refusing to give my crypto despite me sending them the bank statements and invoices. Definite data protection breaches when it comes to data and a dirty operation

N/A

I recently used Changelly through the Tangem Wallet to swap Render (RNDR) tokens for USDC. While my RNDR tokens were sent, I never received the USDC I was supposed to get. After contacting their support team, I was asked to provide KYC documents, which I did, but they still refuse to refund my tokens. It seems this is a common issue, as many others have reported similar problems online. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and transparency, and I advise caution when using this platform.

ใช้งานยค่อนข้างง่ายไม่สับซ้อนแอปมีความรวดเร็วเข้าใจมากพอสมควร

Everything works quickly and smoothly. I accidentally sent the wrong currency but got my currency back in 10 days after contacting support.

Transferred about US$52 worth of tokens, and they placed the transaction on hold despite submitting and passing identity verification. It's been 2 weeks, and transaction is still on hold.

É uma plataforma intuitiva, não tem complicações para usar suas ferramentas, isso é muito importante para que possamos desenvolver na plataforma.

Absolute scammers. I converted my bitcoin into ethereum and now the AML/compliance team is refusing to send me my crypto as apparently invoices, copies of transactions, my passport and identity verification and my bank statements lack in proof. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE VERY VERY DIFFICULT AND YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY.
