Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

First of all, I'm not a customer, so I'm not able to review the quality of the providing crypto services, but the Sign-up process is alarming corrupted....In my case, someone used my email address to set up an account without my approval and used it for a transaction. Customer service tried to downplay the incident and tried to persuade me the error is on my side, although I use 2FA, VPN, having latest updates, etc. Now reading here, many unlucky fellows faced the same problem.Besides, I had to reopen the conversation three times while they promised me to reply shortly. The answers weren't in any way satisfying or helpful. Rather, it showed a horrifying state of their internal processes. Biased by this incident, it looks to me like this service is made for attracting fraud.EDIT -- COMMENT ON REPLY: I did not intend to share this information, but unfortunately I need it to make an argument to their actions. Trustpilot asked to provide further information on a voluntary basis to help changelly. That's fine, but since changelly had already written a reply at this point, I didn't pursue. Besides, I can assume it is easily to map this complaint to the internal customer service ticket due to name and this post. Nevertheless, changelly has flagged my review on this platform for deletion, because "they are not sure I have had a genuine experience with them".Here are the facts of my experience and you can judge by yourself:I had a dialog of 24 mails with customer servicesFor account creation they sent a password in plain text by a non-encrypted mail. You can create an account using common trash email services. In their reply they say this incident leads to "minor inconveniences" for the user. Guess whom law enforcement will prosecute, if fraudulent transactions are done by this account.Customer service wrote me they are not able to tell if someone gave consent to the Signup process. However, I do not want to exclude the possibility of being attacked by scammers. But it's not wise to point the finger fully to the user when having theses issues.

I really trust Changelly, the transaction is reputable and fast, I sincerely thank Changelly

excellent support and customer service. proactively fix my mistake in short order, they are my go-to crypto exchange, excellent

I recently used Changelly to exchange BTC for USDC via the Ledger Live desktop app. It didn't go well. Unfortunately, Ledger did not give the option to adjust the transaction fee and the swap took over 12 hours to complete. Granted, the transaction speed had nothing to do with Changelly, but I selected the "Floating Rate" and was extremely disappointed to see the swap had barely been adjusted to the more than 10% price fluctuation that had occurred in that time. This combined with their own fees, which aren't cheap, means that in such event you will be left quite out of pocket. Would not recommend, especially in busy times when networks are congested.

Changley is always on 100% point with their customer service 10/10❤

Changelly was able to recover my money after I sent payment without memo! This is an amazing exchange that has proven its self to me multiple times!

I am new to the DEFI space and pretty wary after seeing some news that wasn't so great surrounding ETH. However, I went back and forth with questions and CHANGELLY responded to every email within minutes and made my experience very satisfying. I am a little less afraid of DEFI because of their AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Crypto family. Changelly is the absolute best! Sent my transaction without a memo because I wasn't paying attention. The support team responded immediately to my request for help. Changelly walked me through the recovery process and assured me my funds would be returned. I gave them there needed time to recover my funds and they came through. Changelly is a big part of our defi family and we should support them. We need companies like this in the defi space. Spread the word!!!

Nice exchange service, fast and easy to use!
