Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

The thing I actually can commend is the incredible speed of transactions. I've made a few and they were always spot on. Yes, you pay for them in terms of fees, but imo it's 100% worth it!

The support is super helpful. Got all the answers regarding my trx within 10 mins. Love the choice of assets to exchange although the swaps are not instant but fast regardless. Would love to see chia sometime soon

I was using the changelly web version for quite some time now and recently decided to try it on the IOS. The app is pretty solid. Functionality is almost the same as for the PC version. Everybody knows how hard it is to find a decent app in the crypto world but these guys really made a good one. Nice!

Really just a great service, simply, no hassles, no stress, with great value, especially considering all the money we often pay and lose using swap platforms, costly and mistakes we make trying to do the swaps that require bridging. Definitely recommend.

Used changelly for the 1st time today, transfer was straightforward; great design & clean easy to use workflow. low fees. they even have realtime support via chat, recommended.

I had a problem with my exchange, Was 100% my fault but still thought my funds were lost for. Changelly support worked with me every step. And today my funds are safe in my account. Love changelly will use them for ever!!!!!!!!

Changelly is the fastest way to transact currencies directly from your hardware wallet. I’ve used them exclusively for trading xrp since the delisting. A plus!

Excellent service, I've just used the service for the first time and it was very fast and efficient.

Incredible experience! Made it so easy to exchange my crypto. For a beginner this is so important!

Today I used the service the first time. After i sent 180 DASH to change in BTC i got a message that it will be marked as "hold" because the transfer showed up as suspicous. I mean that it is suspicous to take MONEY from other people, block it and work with it. I expect nothing more that my DASH back to my account. Make it more userfriendly like "Your amount is to high. Please fill out our KYC before you proceed".....something like that. I waited 5 hours before I posted this review. ThanksUPDATE 12. Septembre 2021STILL no refund. Its hard to see that the Cryptoscene still attracts such SCAMs like Changelly.ANSWER on my message to just send back to my sending adress:"Dear ....,Unfortunately, the client’s funds cannot be released before all the documents and proofs, required to complete the KYC procedure will be provided.Upon successful completion of the AML & KYC verification, your transaction that was put on Hold will be processed.Security & Anti-crime Department,------------What a nice copy paste Job. Im getting tired and let the Hong Kong Police doing their Job. Of course you can release "funds" which are "suspicous" back to their sending adress. And NO...your nice App is never asking you about KYC. It seems you guys never tried to run it.STAY away from them.UPDATE 14.09They have fake profiles posting their positive experience with them on trustpilot. There is no chance to get your Coins back BUT i already opened a case with the Hong Kong Cyber Police. Link are ot allowed here. Use google type in Hong Kong Police then choose e-report center. They re nice.
