Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

Transactions are wicked fast and cheaper than anywhere else. Support is live and instant. This is definitely my go-to exchange. I've compared prices to all others.

My first encounter with changelly's customer service was finding out that I had lost all my funds due to an error I had made. I was upset which Is to be expected. However Eva remained professional and even extended kindness to me in my anger. She was understanding and patiently she explained everything to me in detail. Her delivery was as gentle as one could ever get in that situation. She then went above and beyond and introduced me to Irene to help me. Irene listened to everything I had to say and she walked me step by step in setting a special account that met the specific needs that I needed. Irene walked me through everything from start to finish in setting this account. She even gave me all the little extras details knowing I was doing this blindly with no experience. She must have taken an hour out of her day walking me through everything and she generously shared all the helpful tools that I needed and would have never known if it wasn't for her. Eva and Irene Thank you so much for helping me make this account for my children's future. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me. Thank you for educating me and taking your time with a complete stranger you two are the epitome of what a customer support should be. I hope management knows what great employees you two are and I hope your acknowledged for all your hard work you give. Thank you again for everything.

I made a swap from BEP 20 token to ERC 20 token. The process was simple and the trx went fast. You have me as your customer.
