Отзывы о криптообменнике Changelly

I came to changelly because I needed to swap coins. The fee was very low compare to other platforms. The website was user friendly. I didn't need to contact the support and more importantly, I received my coins in just a minute.

Just had a mishap happen with wrong amount sent. Created ticket with chat within seconds I was speaking a very nice gentleman name Brian. Refund was returned during the conversation within minutes. Love this dapp and this service is top notch

After an "exchange failed" message (on Coinomi, on my mobile phone - because I took too long), I noticed that the exchange was "Changelly" and Google said to email them, so I did and after sending them the id, they fixed it all in ten minutes - amazing! Thanks very much! The progress even appeared on my phone - very encouraging for crypto generally.

More than 3 month and they are holding more than 100 000$ of my funds without giving a proper response, why they are holding. Already submited letter to Honk Kong Embassy against there company, as based on there information there headoffice is based in Honk Kong. I hired international investigators as well who are looking for there CEO and there offices. This company will pay me much more than they owe me. No crypto exchange in the world is holding funds more than 3 month. Especially when full KYC and requested information was submitted same day and it was successfully verified.Be aware of changelly Scam. All positive reviews written here is fake and done by there marketing team!!! No real person has wrote a positive review about them

The problem with rejected transaction was solved immediately- great job

This company is amazing. I made an error on my transaction, and this team went and found my transaction on the blockchain and got it to its proper destination. I was blown away at how helpful they were. They are 5 stars all the way....
