Estou muito insatisfeita e revoltada com a vossa resposta à libertação dos meus fundos.       Estamos a falar de milhares de euros...        Só posso concluir que a vossa plataforma é um SCAM FRAUDULENTO.       Fiz vários depósitos, tornei-me membro VIP para que me assegurassem o pagamento do imposto no meu país.       Após a tentativa de libertação de fundos, vocês “CONGELARAM” os fundos e começaram a suspeitar de branqueamento de capital. Paguei uma taxa e continuaram com mesmo discurso em movimento espiral.       Se suspeitaram que estava a branquear capital, por que não bloquearam os meus investimentos iniciais?       EXIJO que libertem os meus fundos ou que reembolsem o valor investido para provar que são uma plataforma de confiança.        Logo, vocês têm de devolver o valor investido, caso contrário provam ser uma plataforma SCAM.Caso contrário irei reportar-vos às autoridades e de forma legal.        O meu ID é 84600838.       Fico a aguardar por uma resposta com a maior brevidade possível e com a melhor solução relativamente a este cenário inadmissível.NOTA: NÃO RECOMENDO CHANGELLY A NINGUÉM ATÉ ME RESOLVEREM ESTE ASSUNTO!

Changelly has (frozen) stolen my funds since 15 august, after doing a BTC to XMR swap. They wanted me to perform KYC which I did. Also provided proof of funds from my bank and the receipt of my initial BTC purchase.Still, transaction is under "investigation".It's the longest email conversation I've ever had with any company, currently at 49 messages sent. I only get generic auto responds back like "we are still reviewing".The funny thing is, the transaction is only 360 euro rofl (now 700 after BTC price increase).Not your keys, not your crypto. Please avoid and use a DEX exchange instead of changelly.Also changelly please stop saying my funds are connected to illicit illegal activity. I bought it from the swedish crypto exchange btcx with my own visa card verified with elecronic ID. Just return my funds to the original btc address if you think its "illegal" activity? Oh no right thats off the table since you guys want to steal the money instead 😁
