Really easy to use. Sending funds and waiting to receive the exchanged funds seemed sketched and was skeptical at first. Did she research and decided to try it out with a small amount and turned out to be legit. Quick, real and straight forward. Best crypto exchange I've used

very good experience

super fast. good rate.

I used Changelly for Swap on the ledger. I was uneasy initially as it took some time, but the support team provided me with all the right things and made it happen. Good support team.

Servizio clienti velocissimo, cordiale e ottimo. Continuerò a usare changelly. Complimenti

Waiting for support for almost 2 years. A basic transaction can't be done. My funds were moved internally but they say, I have to wait. Wait another 2 years to get my funds back? Waiting for what? It's a basic transaction. Nothing what could not be done within minutes.Small Update to Changelly: I am in contact with the team for about 2 years now. Each time I reach out they say, I have to be patient. Background: Accidentally my funds were moved on the polygon chain instead of ethereum. I have contacted the support several times. I saw my funds were moved internally to another wallet instead of back to me. While I was told they can't move them. I provided my email address so you can check the support conversation.
