Customer service was excellent. I had a transaction fail and got concerned. Reached out to Changelly and found out the fixed rate had changed during the exchange, so that was the only reason the transaction didn't go through. I contacted customer service and they replied to me in literally 60 seconds with a solution. They resolved the transaction and I received my funds right away. Solid customer service for sure.

I'm relatively new to crypto exchanging and, as a result, made a couple of errors during the process. Changelly walked me through every step leading to a resolution that resulted in a successful exchange. Many thanks to Aleena and Sam for their wonderful service, I couldn't recommend this service any higherl

Unas tasas absolutamente abusivas...
